This home is owner-occupied and its sale is dependent on purchaser granting current owner between 15 and 20 days for vacating the premises, from date the full sales price is paid with a Certified Bank Check. I have attached a purchase agreement for your review. Please link to Agreement regarding the terms for purchase of this home. It is primarily for the buyer's safety so there will be no surprises when you take over the home. It becomes valid and binding only when the purchase price is paid in full. The lease is generated by Spanish Lakes Country Club Village's sales office. Once the application for change of title is issued to the purchaser, copies of this application, your driver's license, Social Security ID, and birth certificate are presented to the sales office and the agent will mail you the original lease for your execution. Sales tax, title transfer, and registration cost is approximately $2,600 and must be paid by purchaser. I will be happy to complete these transactions for you once you have purchased the home. |
