Spanish Lakes Country Club Village, a 55+ mobile home park, sits on the Vero Beach/Indian River County line. The park’s clubhouse is traditional Spanish décor, with two heated pools, tennis and bocce courts, pool and billiard tables, a computer room, a library, a laundry room, movie rentals, and The Cantina, which sports the best $3.50 lunch in town. A multitude of activities are provided, day and night -- an inactive life-style is only by choice.  About 60% of the residents live here year-round and 50% came when the park opened its doors.   The Home Owners Association meets monthly and is an important source of information and moderates all issues that impact on the well being of our residents. This park is gorgeous, blessed with several lakes, graceful trees, lots of birds, and an occasional cottontail.

Kings Road Crossing, the nearest shopping mall, is just 3 miles from the park, with an excellent Chinese restaurant, a Wynn-Dixie, the post office, hardware and pet stores, a drycleaner, Movie Gallery for the latest VCR/DVD rentals, a Subway, and Bealls Outlet.  Travel to either downtown Fort Pierce or Vero Beach takes minutes – both are about 8 miles from the park.  The prettiest beachfront on the Treasure Coast sits over the causeway in Vero, and the Fort Pierce State Park bordering a lovely, long stretch of protected oceanfront is minutes away.

Spanish Lakes is a wonderful place to live, with great weather, lots of exciting things to do, and excellent, fun loving neighbors.  A great place to settle in for year-round living.   Indoor kitties are welcome!
