The realization came to me as a child, my surroundings affecting my life so immensely that my senses came to life. This epiphany brought about my desire and need to comprehend purpose and function, to understand symmetry, movement, form, color and style, and to dissect all that is tangible, all that is real. Mother Nature's infinite abundance, the Masters of both long ago and today inspire my creative soul. Nurturing these gifts encourages me to discover myself, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. In knowing this, the world then becomes my gallery. Pieces I create in my studio on the Bay in Onset Village, Massachusetts are an extension and expression of the blessings in my life here on Earth.

Metal, my chosen medium, challenges and fulfills me as an Artist and as a Designer. The use of non-precious, semiprecious and precious metals, as well as gems, sometimes seems irrelevant as the end result is always precious. If I am truly able to create my soul's view. I know that the material chosen for each piece has a meaningful purpose in executing technique and design.

I studied at the Worcester Art Museum and Southeastern Massachusetts University. Later, I attended the Professional Studies Program in Metals at the Worcester Center for Crafts under the instruction of Tim McCreight, nationally known Metalsmith and Author. Furthering my studies, I apprenticed under various jewelers.

I started my business in 1985, designing handmade Christmas ornaments and collectives, one of which was chosen to grace the White House Christmas tree. The pins and pendants include brass, copper, silver and enamels, recently incorporating various gems and gold accents. Working in brass and copper enables me to capture the appearance of antiquity.

My most recent creations, "La Collection des Fleurs," reflect my great love of flowers, one of nature's most beautiful creations, in all of their splendor. These are done in brass, silver, 18K, 20K and 22K gold, enamels and various gems. Timing is essential in capturing flowers, on of Nature's most beautiful creations, in all their splendor. Many hours are involved in designing, fabricating, weaving and painting of each of these creations.

Therefore, each piece is truly unique. A removable pin is nestled into the arranged flowers in each basket. Earrings in this collection are made separately. All pieces are signed, dated and numbered.

I hope that the fruits of my life's passion bring as much joy to you as creating them does for me. Know that you have received a truly unique gift from my soul to yours.
